Multimeter is in great shape. It just had its internal battery replaced and has been tested; it is metering voltage in sockets and batteries just fine. However, we cannot test the fuse functions because the internal fuse has gone bad. We are unable to replace that and have discounted the multimeter already for this inconvenience. Multimeter comes as pictured, with some surface scratches and writing on it from previous use. Please see the photos for more detail.
