Rare, vintage counter / bar top revolving sign. Lamp operates and accepts standard size light bulbs. Item was tested and is working, however, it wasn't revolving. The bulb we used to test may have not been of sufficient wattage to generate enough heat to rotate the inner spinning element. 

The outer plastic sign is intact and not ripped. It is misshapen in places and the white paint in the logo is unstable and has almost completely wiped off on one side and is coming off of the other side as well. The inner revolving ring is intact and not cracked but is also misshapen and has multiple scratches in the paint. The red portions of the sign are fine.

The base and cord are in good shape but the plug itself has some oxidation on the prongs and may not be safe to operate until it is cleaned off.
