It has been previously used and has some minor surface scratches from use, handling, and being moved around. It has been in storage for some time. SCHERL & ROTH - 1985 VIOLIN 4/4 Stradivarius Circa 1714 Repro - w/Case + Extras Full size violin with Spruce top, Maple sides & back. This instrument appears to be in very good condition; no body damage, tuners work, bridge, tailpiece, and chin rest all functional and in good condition. Needs a pro set up, strings, etc. Inner label indicates this violin was made in 1985 by Scherl & Roth in Germany and finished in Cleveland, Ohio. The label reads "Genuine Reproduction of ANTONIUS STRADIVARIUS Circa 1714" and has a handwritten serial number: 45818 and the number 35 handwritten as well. Includes two bows which need to be restrung, hardshell, molded case which needs some inner repairs, a 1988 Scherl & Roth catalog, and other accessories. Vintage wooden VIOLIN with inner sticker viewable through the f-hole which reads: Antonius Stradivarius Cremonensis Faciebat Anno 17 In good overall condiition with scuffs, scratches, and nicks. VIOLIN Model 100 - Student / Child 1/8 Size - w/Case & Bow This unbranded student Violin is in overall good condition with cosmetic wear including scratches, scuffs, and areas where varnish is worn. A label in the instrument indicates this violin was serviced / sold at Bayberry Music, a Metro Detroit music store. The tailpiece and bridge are in excellent condition and appear new. The tuners are in equally good shape and are functioning and holding the string in pitch. The bow is in excellent condition as well. Includes a rigid soft case.
